COMMISSIONED WORK

Column restoration

In 2013, I received a commission from the Lesley University College of Art & Design to restore the decorative corinthian leaves atop the columns outside their new library building which was formerly a church. The new leaf model was made using a wax & clay hybrid and was subsequently cast into multiple plaster copies to adorn the capitals. The work can be seen on Massachusetts Avenue in Cambridge near the Porter Square MBTA station stop.
